Sign in Guide


To ensure the secure use of the system, we provide the following guidance on logging in and using the service.


1. Accessing the System

   - Access is granted after registration for an Integrated Login ID

   - Access is restricted for retired faculty and staff (restrictions applied the day following retirement)

       exception) Lecturers with contract termination dates on 6.30, 12.31 :

       restrictions are applied the day after final day of semester (9.1, 3.1)

   - 5 Login attempts with the incorrect password will result in blocked access.

       Go to [Find ID/Password] to retrieve Login details


2. Public Key Certificate Login

   - Available for use after pre-registering for a Public Key Certificate Login on Info21

   - Login with ID/Password to register for [Public Certificate Registration]

   - Usable Verification: EPKI, GPKI, NPKI


3. Misc.

   - Please make sure to log out after each session to protect personal information.

   - Please be aware that closing just the browser on a public PC can expose personal information

   - Info21 services may be down during maintenance periods (18:00~18:30)

Public Key Certificate Information

  • According to the Electronic Goverment Act and Personal Information Protection laws, procedures such as prevention of infringement of electronic documents and administrative information, authentication, document distribution and payment must all be processed based on electronic signatures.
  • Public Key Certificate Login is available for use after registerting for a Public Key Certificate on Info21
  • - Login with ID/Password to register for [Public Certificate Registration]
  • - Usable Verification: EPKI, GPKI, NPKI
  • Key Certificates registered under Info21 can be used for Online Payment system Login (limited to EPKI)

Info21 Login Authentication Update



Starting February 13, 2026, two-step verification will be required for off-campus access to Info21.

 - For Students

 - Major change: Added a two-step verification (identity verification) process to the existing login method.


■ A two-step verification process will be added to the current login system.

Verification Options / Mobile Phone Verification/Email Verification / OTP (One-Time Password)


■ Login Steps

Enter ID/PW -> Complete two-step verification -> Access Info21


■ Before Use

 - Update your mobile number and email in Info21

 - Install and register the OTP app if using OTP Important


 ※ Off-campus access will not be available without two-step verification.

 ※ Do not share verification codes.
